That that certain chattel mortgage dated the 18th day _ ~ of March, 1965 wherein Burton Smith Groves, Inc., a Florida cor- ~ poration, qranted to Florida National Bank at Orlando, a corporation ~ existfnq under the laws of the United States of America, a first ' ; ~ ; ; ~ mortgaqe interest in certain personal property and chattels more 3 ~ particularly described therein and located on real property more ~ ~ particularly described therein has been and was assigned to Connecticut ~ General Life Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut by that ~ certain P.ssiqnment dated the Sth day of October, 1965 and recorded ~ ~ ~ ~ in Official Records Book 128, page 281, Public Records of St. Lucie ~ ~ County, Florida. ' ~ ~ ~ 3. That Connecticut General Lffe Insurance Company is the r : - owner and holder of said Assignment and the mortgage interest-crsated - the reby . r. 4. That there remains unpaid on said mortgage account the sum = ~ of S 876,150.0o together with interest thereon at the rete of six per cent (68) per annum and that as of the date of this Affidavit the account is current as called for under and pursuant to the terms ~ ~ MY~!
