FULL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE DEED
The undersigned DOBSON & JOHNSON, INC. a Tennessee Corporation hereby
declares that it was the true and lawfull holder and owner at the time of pay-
ment of the entire indebtedness fully described in and secured by a lien in the
Mortgage Deed from ALBERT W, JOHNSON and wife MARGARET H. JOHNSON to AMERICAN
GENTURY MORTGAGE INYESTORS, said lien in the amount of One Million Three Nundred
Eighty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars (a1,385,000.00) being secured by the
Mortgage Deed of record in Book 190, Page 1526 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Reference is hereby made to said Mortgage Deed and execution hereof
acknowledges payment in full of said indebtedness and dissatisfaction and dis-
charge of said lien.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, DOBSON & JOHNSON, INC. has caused this instrument
to be executed this ~ day of March, 1972.
