FUlL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE DEED
The undersigned ALBERT W. JOHNSON and wife MARGARET N. JOHNSON hereby
declare that they were the true and lawfull holders and owners at the time of
payment of the entire indebtedness in the amount of One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand
and No/100 Dollars (~142,400.00), dated August 13, 1971 and secured by a Mortgage
Deed from EQUITY ASSOCIATES, a Tennessee limited partnership to ALBERT W. JOHNSON ~
and wife MARGARET H. JOHNSON securing the payment of said indebtedness, said
Mortgage Deed being recorded in official Records Book_195, Pages 1759 - 1761 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Reference is hereby made to said Mortgage Deed and by the execution
~
hereof ALBERT W. JOHNSON and wife do hereby acknowledge payment in full of said
,
indebtedness and dissatisfaction and discharge of said lien.

have caused this instrument to be executed this day of March, 1 72.
