DEED OF CORRECTION '
WHEREAS, by Warronty Deed dated August 13, 1971, the
undersigned ALBERT W. JOHNSON and wife, MARGARET H. JOHNSON , did
convey to EQUITY ASSOCIATES, a Tennessee limited partne~ship, a tract of
land in the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida.
Said tract being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the inte~section of the west right-of-way
of South Fourth Street (U.S. Highway ~1) cnd the south
line of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 15, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, in the City along the west rightrof-
way line of South Fourth St~eet 305 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the lands herein described:
