to execute this irutrument in order to correct any aforementioned Deed, the
name of such partnership. -
NOW, THEREFORE, in considerction of the premises and ONE
DOLIAR (~1.00) and other good cnd valuable co~iderations, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned ALBERT W.
JOHNSON and wife, MARGARET H. JOHNSON, do by the execution hereof,
correct, change, and amend the above referenced Warranty Deed changing the
name of the grontee therein to EQUITY ASSOCIATES, LTD., cll other terms,
conditions, covenants and wcrranties shall remain in full force and effect as set
out in the aforesaid Warronty Deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this instrument
