If default be made in the payment of any instaliment under this note or in any of the
agreements contained in the Mortgage Deed or other instruments securing this note, .

Foilure to exercise such option sholl not constitute a waiver of the rights to exercise
it in the event of any subsequent default. .
The undersigned agrees to pay a late charge of four percent (4%) of any installment
and if permitted by law, on the interest portion of such defaulted ptiyment which is not
paid within fifteen (15 ) days from the date thereof to cove~ the additional expense -
