HomeMy WebLinkAbout1673 . . ~ and euch f~~rther sum or sums of money, if any, as the Mortgagee may hereafter during the continuance of these presenta advance, with interest on such further sum or sums from the time they may be advanced at the rate provided for in the said promissory note or notea evidencing such advance or advances, and ahall perform, comply with and abide by each and every the stipulationa, agreements, conditiona and covenants of gaid promissory note and of this deed, then this deed and the estate hereby created shall cease and be null and void. AND the said Mortgagor hereby covenants and aqrees: • 1. To pay all and singular the principal and interest and other aums of money payable by virtue of said promissory note and this deed, or either, promptly and on the days respectively the same severally become due. 2. To pay all and singular the taxes, lc~vi~s, liabilities, obligations and encumbrances of every nature heretofore or hereafter imposed, placed, levied and assessed on said described property, each and every, and if the same be not promptly paid prior to delinquency the said Mortgagee may at any time pay the same without waiving or affecting the option to foreclose or any right hereunder, ~ ~ . ~ and the amount of every payment so made shall bear interest from the , ~ date thereof at the rate which said note bears and shall be secured ~ R ~ by the lien of this mortgaqe; the Mortgaqor agrees to furnish to ~ ~ £ ~ the Mortgagee prior to April of each year receipta for all ad valorem ~ ~ ~ ~ _ taxes paid by the Mortgagor. y f ~ 3.
