WHEREAS, said Promissory Note is secured by a Mo~tgage Deed of even date

WHEREAS, by Instrument dated March 10 , 1972 the said DOBSON 8~

~ Deed to the LIFE & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY OF TENNESSEE and desires herewith
