On this day before me, a Notary Public in and for the State of Florida
at Large~ personally appeared Beryl J. Dice to me well and personally known and
who having been by me first duly sworn did depose and say:
My name is Beryl J. Dice and I am a citizen and resident of Satellite
Beach, County of Brevard and State of Florida.
I am the surviving spouae of Lee A. Dice, a/k/a Levi ~i. Dice late of
Satellite Beach, County of Brevard and State of Florida, who was deceased on
the 15th day of January, 1972.
This affiant and said Lee H. Dice acquired title to the real property
knawn and legally described as follows, to•wit:
East One•Half (B~) of the East One-Half (B~) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW~) of Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting there-
from the Rights-of•Way for public drainage canals as nov
located on said land
under and by that certain Warranty Deed made and executed by B. L. Holman,
joined by his wife, Dora Bell Holman as Grantors recorded in Deed Book 118 Page 261,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in which this affiant and the said
Lee A. Dice, as tenants by the entireties, were named as Grantees.
~ That th~s affiant and said Lee H. Dice were lawfully husband and wife on 3
May 8, 1945, date of acknowledgment and delivery of said deed by the said Grantors,
and continued in such relationship of husband and wife at all times without inter-
ruption thereafter to and including the date of the death of the said Lee H. Dice,
on January 15, 1972.
And further affiant sayeth not.
