-County, Florida, a claim of inechanic's lien in the sum of
Three Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety ($3,890.20) and 20/100 ~
Dollars against certain property belonging to RIVIERA DEV. .
CORP., situate in St, Lucie County, Florida, and on which is

located certain improvements being constructed under a contract ;

between the owner, RIVI~RA DEV. CORP., and the contractor,
; GREEN BROS. CONSTRUCTION CO., and
j WI~REAS, RIVIERA DEV. CORP., the owner, desires to

transfer the lien from such real property to this bond pursuant
to the provisions of F.S.A. 84.241, and `

WHEREAS, this undertaking is executed for the purpose

of transferring such lien from that real property to this '
bond, said real property being described in the Claim of Lien
filed and recorded January 17, 1972 in Official Records Book ~

198, Page 2525, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
NOW, T~REFORE, the condition of this obligation is ;
such that the said bounden RIVIERA DEV. CORP., owner, shall ~
