SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Raymond H. Foehr,
t
the lessee of that certain lease executed by S.A.B. of St. Lucie County, Inc,, as '
Lessor and Raymond H. Foehr as Lessee, under date of February 17, 1969, recorded
in O. R. Book 175, page 2468, of the pub~ic records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
leasing real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
That part of Lot 9, of INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 9, page 5, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows, to-wit:
Begin at a point on the West line of said Lot 9, 95. 2 feet South of the Northwest
corner of said Lot 9, for a point of beginning; run Easterly 498. 69 feet to a point
on the East line of said Lot 9, which said point is 87. 05 feet south of the Northeast
corner of said lot 9; thence turn and run South on the East line 100 feet to a point;
thence turn and run West 498 feet more or less and parallel to the first line mentioned
above, to a point on the west line of said lot 9, thence turn and run North along the
West line of said Lot 9, a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning.
At the request of said lessee and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and other valuable considerations inuring to the undersigned
from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Ft. Pierce, does hereby subordinate
~ any aad all rights and operation of said lease agreement to the lien and operation of
~ that certain mortgage and the indebtedness secured thereby executed by said lessor
~
; to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Ft. Pierce under date of 15 Febru-
~
~ ary 1972, recorded in O. R. Book 199, page 2368 of public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing the sum of $25, 000 and encumbering the above described

! real property, in the same manner and effect as if said mortgage had been

? dated and filed for public record prior to and in advance of the lease agreement held
~
~ by the undersigned iessee which is hereby subordinated.
