On this day before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared S. K. SMITH, who after being by me first duly sworn, upon
oath says:
1. That my name is S. K. Smith; Affiant resides at 1016
Avenue D, ~ort Pierce, Florida.
2. Affiant was born in 1919 and is the nephew of W. A.
Baldwin, and based on that relationship and contact with his uncle,
W. A. Baldwin, Affiant knows of his own knowledge that Frances
Baldwin was the wife of W. A. Baldwin from the earliest recol-
lection of Affiant until her death on or about the year 1929
(see Deed Book 93, page 395, St. Lucie County records);
3. That at the time of her death, the said Frances Baldwin

i was the wife of W. A. Baldwin, who was her surviving spouse. ~

~ 4. After the death of Affiant's aunt, Frances Baldwin, his
~ uncle, W. A. Baldwin then married Lela V. Baldwin.
