Honduras, by its president Irving F. Buck, a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the Country of British Honduras, the holder
of the mortgage executed by Kenneth L. Jackson and Jennie E. Jackson,
his wife to Sittee River Estates, Ltd. , a corporation, dated the 22nd day
of March, 1961 and recorded in O. R. Book 6, Pages 581-3, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and other considerations, received from SITTEE
RIVER ESTATES, LTD. , INC. , a Florida corporation, hereby on this
