5. If any paycnent provided for in that note ia not paid within 30 daya after it becomes
due. or if any agreement ia this mortgage other than the agreement to make the payme~s is
breached, the entire unpaid principal balance of that note shall immediately become due '.!E the

hereby secured, regardless of the solvency of the Mortgagor or the adequacy of the security.
