For and in consideration of the sum of $832.85, to it
in hand paid, the receipt o~ which is hereby acknowledged,
Hugo Schmidt and Company hereby releases the property herein-
after described from a certain claim of lien filed by it in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie_
County, Florida, and recorded in O. R. Book 199, at page 420
on the 20th day of December, 1971, for said sum due it for
services or materials furnished on said property; and does
hereby declare said lien fully satisfied. Said property is
described as follows:
From the NW corner of NE~ of SE~ of Sectian 5,
Township 35 South, Range 40 east, St. Lucie County,
Florida, run South 0°, 27' West, 329.91 feet, thence
run South 89°, 20' East 25 feet to Point of Beginning,
Thence continue South 89° 20' East 613.01 feet,
thence run South 0° 28' West 495.1~ feet, thence
run North 89° 19' 15" West, 612.86 feet, thence
run North 0° 27' East, 494.86 feet to Point of
Beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Hugo Schmidt and Company,
a corporation, has caused these presence to be signed in its ~
