said County and particularly described in said n~ortgage, to secure the

premises tiereinafter described, being part of said mortga.ged prenises~ from
the lien and operaticn of said mortgage;

Dollar (=1.00) and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by
the said mortgagor at the time of the execution hereof, t,he receipt whereof
is hereby aclaioWledged, dces remise, release, quit-cla3m, exonerate
and discharge fran the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
