Personally appeared before me this day Frank Fee who, after
being first duly sworn by me, did depose and say:
1. That he is the President of and Agent for FEE, PARKER &
FEE, P.A., a professional corporation orqanized under the

and he makes this affidavit for and on behalf of said corporation.
2. That said corporation is engaged in business under the ;
