THIS DEED, made this lst day of Marcb, 1972 by Marie J. Smith,
widow of Richmond County and State of North Carolina, party of the
first part, to Marie S. Floyd and husband, Robert N. Floyd of Cuya-
hoga Falls, Ohio, parties of the second part:

That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
to her in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns for-
