Barbara A. Ordway and J. ~T. Ordway, her husband, the Grantors,
in consideration of the sum of ~10.00 rece~ved from A. J. Roberts and
Lila B. Roberts, his wife, the ~rantees, 0~'340 Northeast Spanish
Trail, Boca Raton, Florida 33432, hereby, on this 17th day of March,
A. D. 1972, convey to the Grantees, as an estate lay the entireties,
the real property in Saint Lucie County, Florida, described as:

of J. F. Wootents Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Boak 1, page 197,-Saint Lucie County, Florida, pub-
lic records; together with all riparian rights
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining;

and zoning regulations of record.
and covenant that the property is free of all encumbrances, that law-
