THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~day of March A.
D. 1972 by CATHERINE R. CARLISLE and LUTHER O. CARLISLE, a/k/a
L. O. CARLISLE, her husband, individually and as Trustees,
and ROBERT R. CARLISLE, individually and as Trustee, joined
by his wife, MARY W. CARLISLE, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to FRED D. MOLLER and MYRT~,E F. MOLLER, hi wife, whose

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of. the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 6, RIVER POINT, according to the plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 14, page 53,
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETI~ER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
