PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
IO:+IA LAND AND GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC., a Minnesota Corporation,
authorized to do business in the State of Florida, the holder of the Mortgage executed
by OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a Tennessee Corporation, to IOWA LAND AND GENERAL
DEVELOPriENT CORPORATION, INC., a Minnesota Corporation, authorized to do business in
the State of Florida, dated January 12, 1970, and recorded in Official Record Book
182, Page 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Page 1001, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of S 300.00 , hereby on
this 19th day of August , 19 , releases from the lien of
tr.at Mortqage the real property in that County described as:
Lot No. 2 , Section 2 , in that certain
Condominium known as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA at Nettles Island,
accordinq to plat of Nettles Island Project, Plat Book 16, Paqes l,
lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and Declaration of Condaminium,
Official Record Book 186, Paqe 2720 as last amended Official Record
Book 192, Paqe 820, all as filed for record fn the Off ice of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated
by said Plat and Declaration (as amended) as common elements and
limited common elements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonqing or in anyrrise appertaininq;

without impairing the lien ~n the remaining part of the property described in that
