BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, appeared
SIDNEY B. KRASSNER, who upon Ueing duly sworn deposes and
says that:
1. He is F.ssistant Secretary and Corporate Counsel
for General Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation,
authorized to do business in the State of Florida; and
2. For and in behalf of General Development Corporation,
he has caused to be recorded among the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida a certain subdivision plat entitle~
SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT TWELVE according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 16 at Page 21 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County; and
3. For and in betialf of General Development Corporation,
he did cause to be recorded in Official Records Book 200
at Page 173, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
a certain Declaration of Restrictions relating to the afore-
mentioned subdivision plat of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE Ur:IT
TWELVE; and
4. Due to inadvertence and scrivener's error, the
aforementioned Declaration of Restrictions refers to the
subdivision plat intended to be affected by said Restrictions
as "SOL3TH PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWELVE;" whereas, in fact,
; the proper name of said su~civ~ision is and was intended to
~ read "SOUTFi PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT TWELVE." In addition, the
Plat Book and Page reference contained in said Declaration
; of Restrictions is partly in error in that the Page number
~ is stated as being page 22; whereas, in fact, it is and was
; intended to read Plat Book 16 at Page 21 of the Public Records
3 of St. Lucie County, Florida; and

Y 5. The Restrictions recorded in Official Records Book
200 at Page 173 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
s Florida are intended_to apply only to the seabdivision plat
~ of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT TWELVE Plat Boo}: 16 Page 21 of
~ the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and to no
other lands whatsoever.
