That part of :
The submerged lands, sandbars, islands, fills and other lands in
Indian River lying Westerly of and contiguous to the existing
Bulkhead line on the Westerly side of Causeway Island ~stablished
by City Ordinance D-185, February 4, 1958, in Section 2, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, said part
being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at a point of intersection of the West line of the Sea
Coast Line (FEC) Railway with the South line of Lot 13, Block 2
of Fultzs' Resubdivision, according to the Plat as recorded in
Plat Book 3 at Page 36 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, thence
Westerly along the South line and the Westerly extension of the
~ South line of said Lot 13 a distance of 177.5 feet to the existing
' West Right of Way line of State Road No. 5, thence N 00°00'37" E
' along said Right of Way line a distance of 208.11 feet to the begin-
~ ning of the Baseline of Survey of Section 94050-2509, State Road A-1-A,
; thence run S 89°58'S8" E a distance of 347.31 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave Northerly, thence Easterly along said curve having
~ a central angle of 27°27'30" and a radius of 1909.86 feet, an arc
distance of 915.28 feet to the end of said curve, thence N 62°33'32" E
€ a distance of 2463.69 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence `
~ S 21°43'22" E a distance of 100.5 feet, thence S 62°33`32" W a distance
~ of 95 feet more or less to a point on the Westerly bank of Causeway
~ Island, said point being POINT A, thence from the aforementioned
# POINT OF BEGINNING, run N 21°43'22" W a distance of 12.69 fe~t, thence
~ S 69°58'17" W a distance of 128 feet more or less to the Wes~e~ly bank f
