Districts in St. Lucie County as required by Article 8, Section
1(e) of the Florida Constitution oF 1968, it is necessary to

correct thc following election precinct lines in St. Lucie Cour~ty
and, ~
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of said County ~

has approved and concurred with the recommendations of the ~

Supervisor o£ Elections of said County as to the correction of ~
election precinct lines as hereinafter established, desexibed and
designated.
ti01~', THEREF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners o~ St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 21st day
' of March, 1972 as follows:
Section 1. The boundaries of Election Precinct No. 3 are
hereby altered and fixed to comprise the following area, to-wit:
~ Beginning at the intersection of the center line of -
Nortn 13th Street and the north city limits of the City of
Fort Pierce; thence run easterly along said north city limits
to a paint o:: intersection with the west line of the Indian
River ch4nnel; tnence run northwesterly along said west
line or said channel to its intersection with the north
