HARRY J. SEVEL AND ROSE H. SEVEL, HIS WIFE

described as follows: from the Northeast corner of the East 1/2
of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 15 run
West 30 feet thence South 25 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence '
continue South 185 feet, thence West 180 feet, thence North 185
feet, thence East 180.feet to the Point of Beginning; together
with the improvements thereon, and all furniture, fixtures and
equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and additions
thereto.

~ convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mottgagee at all times peaceably and
= quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as
may be herein described; that the Mortgagot will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to
said iand in the Mortgagee as may reasonably be required; and that~ the Mottgagor hereby fully warrants the title
; to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons wfiomsoever. s
