Together with ail buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erecied there- ~
on or placed the~ein, inctuding al( apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trslly controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigerotion, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of whith by lessors
to leasees is cusromary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floo~
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water h~3ters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also together with `
all easements ar~d tha rents, issu~s a~d profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-

Supalemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated' to the rights of all mort-
