This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the `
Petition of THE LEE COUNTY BANK, Administrator of the Estate of
ALBERT W. MAXWELL, deceased, for authority to sell certain real
property, and the Court beinq advised that the petition recites
that it is necessary to sell the property described therein in
order to pay debts, and the Court being otherwise advised, it is
thereupon,
ORDERED, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court does

hereby find that there are debts, that there is not enough cash ~
on hand to pay same and it is necessary to sell the property
' described in this Order in order to pay debts of the Estate, and
it is further,
ORDERED, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that THE LEE COUNTY ;

' BANK of Fort Myers, Florida, be, and is hereby authorized and
directed to sell the following described real estate, an asset of
~ the Estate of ALBERT W. MAXWELL, deceased, located in St. Lucie
' County ar.d more particularly described as follows:

~ SILVER LAKE PARK SUBDIVISION, according to
~ the map or plat thereof on file and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court

i Book 10, at Page 4, Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida,
for the sum of $13,000.00 cash, less closing expenses, commission
and other usual~and necessary expenses as per the contract with
