RONALD R. ALBBRTS, being duly sworn, deposes and says;
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY
O~YNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State
of F2orida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of ;
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers~in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayraent of maintenance fees assessed, said A~fidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, ~p~_page 3~1~ , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPTsATY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on recard against the following property, since said arrearage
has now been paid: ,
