WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consicierations, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, herei~after described, the Mongagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and tonfirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in adual possession, situate in the County of St: LuCi.e . Also all gas, sieam, electric, water and other heating, ? - cooking, refrigerating, (ighting, plumbing, ventifating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures ~5 and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they ~-L may be detached or detachable.
