did depose and say:
1. He is attorney for Mattie O. Green Reed, the
daughter of William Lindfield Greene who is the grantee in
that certain warranty deed dated February 14, 1927, filed
February 18, 1927, in Deed Book 68 at page 395 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. He has personal know-
ledge that the final "e" appearinq in the surname of said con-
veyance appears to be a scrivener's error in that the family
surname has always been Green.
2. He is attorney for Mildred Lucille Green Hutchinson
who was one of the grantors in a warranty deed dated April 26,
1966, filed May 2, 1966, in OR Book 144 at page 434 of the
I public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying the

e The South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest
4 1/4 lying between West right of way of Florida
§ East Coast Railway Company and the East right of
~ way of U. S. Highway No. l, LESS Old Dixie High-
s way, all in ~ection 21, Township 34 South, Range
¢ 40 East, and fronting approximately 680 feet on
~ U. S. Highway No. l.

~ 3. Said warranty deed was executed on behalf of Mildred

> Lucille Green Hutchinson by her attorney in fact, Lucille L.

4. Through personal knowledge, Affiant knows at the '

; Mildred Lucille Green Hutchinson was alive, competent, and
unmarried.
