THIS DEED, made thia 21at day of March A.D. 1972. between
A. J. 0'Donnell. Jr., District Director of Irternal Revenue for the Jack-
~ sonville Diatrict, hereinafter called grantor, and United Partners 111, Inc., ~
a Florida Corporation. 2801 South 4th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida. hereinafter
called grantee;
WHEREAS, by virtue of levy issued to collect unpeid taxes due the United
States and payable by Alice E. Schrag and Harry Schrag, 757 Appleby Street,
Boca Raton, Florida 33432, which Were duly assesaed, and remained unpaid
for more than ten days after notice and demand, the grantor, through his duly
authorized Internal Revenue Officer, James C. Shump, aeized the property as
provided by Section 6331 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, hereinafter
described and offered same for aale on September 14, 1971, after having given
public notice of the tia?e and place of sale in the manner and form as required
by the statute in such cases, and that at such eale the property was sold ae
provided by Section 6335 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, at public auction
to John R. Rea, P. 0. Box 1152, Fort Pierce, Florida, for the sum of Forty Five
Hundred ?fiirty and no/100 Dollars ($4,530.00), said John R. Rea, being the highest ,
bidder therefor, and that being the highest bid for same.
Hl~REAS, John R. Rea~ has sold or assigned said Certificate of Sale, dated
September 14, 1971, to United Partners 111, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Grantee
~ herein, for valuable consideration.

~ WE~REAS, the period having elapsed since the date of sale for the purpoae
~
t of redeeming said property described in the Certificate of Sa1e dated September
t
14, 1971, executed under suthority of Section 6338(a) of the Interaal Revenue
~

~ Code of 1954 and the original copies of the Certificate of Sale dated September

z 14, 1971, having been delivered to the grantor as required by-statute;

~ WITNESSETH, that the grantor, for and in consideration of the aum of moaey
~
~
~ so paid as aforesaid, and in hand paid to the grantor by the said John R. Rea,
~ ~
~ the receipt of vhich is hereby acknovledged, and for and in consideration of the
~ original copy of the aforesaid Certificate of Sale having been delivered to the

~ grantor, by the grantee, United Partners 111, Inc., a Florida Corporation, after
= assignment from John R. Rea, as noted herein. has comeyed and by this Deed does
convey unto United Partners 111, Inc., a Florida Corporation~ all the estate, right,
= title, and interest which the said Alice E. Schrag and Harry Schrag, had on
