THIS DEED, made this 21at day,of Merch A. D. 1972~.
betveen A. J• O'Donnell, Jr., Diatrict Director of Internal Revenue
for the Jackaonville District, hereinafter cal2ed grantor, and Unittd
Partnere 111, Inc. a Florida Corporation, 2801 South 4th Street, Ft.
Pierce, Florida, herein~fter called grantee;
WHBREAS, by virtue of levy issued to collect unpaid taxea due
the United States and payable by Alice E. Schrag and Harry Schrag, 757
Appleby Street, Boca Raton, Florida 33432, vhich were duly asseased, and
remained unpaid for more than ten days after notice and demand, the
grantor, through his duly authorized Internal Revenue Officer, James C.
ShumQ, sefzed the property as provided by Section ~331 of the Internal
ReveAUe Code of 1954, hereinafter described and offered eame for sale
on Septecaber 14, 197I, after having given public notice of the time and
place of sale in the manner and form as required by the atatute in such
cases, and that at such sale the property was sold as provided by Sectio~
6335 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 at public auction to Donald E.
Jacobson, P. 0. Box 1152, Fort Pierce, Florida, for the sum of Twenty
Three Hundred Seventy and no/100 Dollars ($2,370.00), said Donald E.
Jacobaon, being the highest bidder therefor, and that being the highest
bid for same.

~ Sale dated September 14, 1971, to United Partners 111, Inc., a Florida

` Corporation, Grantee herein, for valuable consideration.

c • ~IEIEREAS, the period having elapsed since the dete of sale for the

' purpose of redeeming eaid property described in the Certificate of Sale

' dated September 14, 1471, executed under authority of Section 6338(a) of

~ the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 and the original copies of the Certificate

~ of Sele dated September 14, 1971, having been delivered to the grantor aa

~ required by statute;
; WITNESSE?H, that the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of z
