AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE ) ss ,
NARL R. AVERY and IRENE M. SZUMSKI, being duly sworn, depose and say
that on the 15th day of March, 1972, appeared before them, one ELVEY
SMITN, an unmarried woman, that in the presence of the Affiants that
certain Mortgage Note and Mortgage Deed to which this Affidavit is
attached, was read over to the said ELVEY SMITH and fully explain~d
to her; that she stated that she understood the nature of the said
Mortgage Note and Mortgage Deed and the terms thereof and that she
desired to execute same, but was unable to write her name; thereupon
the said ELVEY SMITH made her "X" on said Mortgage Note and Mortgage
Deed.
