RONALD R. ALBERTS, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the Presiden~ of the LAKE1940D PAftK PROPERTY
O~YNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rig3its and reservations
of LAKEN'OOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKE{YOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the affice of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 148 page 563 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OSIINERS ASSOCIATIO\, IrC.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the fol2owing property, since said arrearage
