set forth, and enforcing the terms and conditions of such mortgages,
and for the purpose of executing partiaL releases and satisfactions
thereof; and j~ining in any plats of said property, succeeding A.
Paul Young, who has resigned as Trustee effective as of the date
hereof.
2. The mortgage payments so collected, after payments on
real estate comanission, shall be distributed as follows:
A. To w'illiam W. Adams and Anne Adams, his wife, or
the survivor of them, or their heirs, executors, administrators or
assigns, 19.15%.
B. To Cliff W. Peery and Ruth Peery, his wife, or the
survivor of them, or their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns,
19.15°~G.
C. 2o Andre~v Ellison and Amelia S. Ellison, his wife,
or the survivor of them, or their heirs, executors, administrators or
assigns, 19.15°~6.
D. To A. Paul Young and Billie Young, his wife, or the
survivor of them, or their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, ~

3. No persons, firms or corporations dealing with said

~ Trustee shall be required to see to the proper application or distrib-

ution by the Trustee of any trust funds received by him.
~ 4. This trust agreement shall be recorded in the pu~lic
~
~ records of St. Lucie Coanty, Florida, and the TruStee shall cause a
~
~
¢ certified copy thereof to be furnished to William w. Adams, Cliff W.
~
~s Peery, Andrew Ellison and A. Paul Young.

~ 5. Said Trustee may resign at any time by filing in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a resignation 3uly notar-
ized by him.
6. Upon the death, disability or resignation of said Trustee,
