or for no reason at all, beneficiaries representing a majority interest
under the terms of this trust agreement may appoint a success~r Trustee
by written instrument, duly acknowledge3, and recorded in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and such successor Trustee shall
thereupon be vested with all rights and responsibilities hereinbefore #
