designed for use in boring for oil or natural ~as shall be erected, maintairted or permitted
upon any lot.
8. Animals

No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot ~
except that dogs, cats or other domestic household pets may be kept, provided that they
are rot kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose.
9. Trash Storage
No tot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish. Trash, g~rbage,
or other waste must be kept in sanitary containers. No lot on which improvements have
been constructed or erected shall be allowed to become or remain overgrown and/or
unsightly.
10. Planting
No hedge or shrub planting which obstructs sight lines at elevations between two (2')
and six (6') feet above the roadways shall be placed or permitted to remain on any oorner
lot within the triangular area formed by the street property lines and a line oonnecting ~
them at points twenty-five (25') feet from the intersection of the street lines, or in the ~

case of a rounded property corner from the intersection of the street property lines
extended. The same sight line limitations shall apply on any lot within ten (10') feet
from the intersection of a street property line with the edge of a driveway or alley .

( i 1. Easements
Easements for the installation and maintenance of public utilities and drainage facilities
are reserved as noted on the recorded plat. Within these easements, no structwe, planting
or other material shall be placed ar pernutted to remain which may damage, impair or
interfere with the installation and maintenance of utilities. The easement area of each
lot, tract, or parcel and all permitted improvements within said easement area shall be
maintained continuously by the owner of the lot, tract, or parcel, except for those
improvements for which a public authority or utility company is responsible.
12. Utilities
(a). GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, and its wholly owned subsidiary
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES, INC., hereinafter refened to as "UTILITIES",
and their respective successors and assigns, hereby declaze that notwithstanding the prior
construction of buildings on any of the lots within the subdivision utilizing private welis
for water service and septic tanks for sewage disposal, "GENERAL" and all persons claiming ~
