for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facitities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconst~uct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remare such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wi~es or
cables of any other Company or Qerson; also, to cut, Vim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
