E3EFORE ~fE, the undersigned authority, personally appeared MARIE
J:CKSO~, who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that
she has been a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,

;L~rie Miller at birth and th~t she has never been married to an~~ oan

Affiant says further th~t she has never had any business tela-
tions of any kind Khatsoever with First lational Qank of Delray Beach
or with Qccel Insurance Company, an Indiana Corporation; that she is
not indebted to eitrer of said corporations and that she is not the
person named as Defendent in Civil Action No. 5331N out of the Small
~'Iaims ;fagistrate Court in Paim Beach County, Florida, a certified
copy of which has been filed in O. R. Book 180, at page 2678 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County Florida; that this affidavit is
made for the purpose of inducing First Federal Savinqs and Laan -
Associ3tion of Fort Pierce to c.lose its two mortgage loans to this
aff iant , such c~ortyages bein~ of record in O. R. Book 199, p~ge
1451, and R. Book 200, page 739, Public Records of St. ~ucie
County, Florida.
