in Chicago, Illinois, a national banking association existing
under the laws of the United States of America, the owner and
holder of a certain mortAage deed executed by Emanuel J.
Ansel joined .by his wife Gertrude Ansel, Bernard C. Friedlander
joined by his Wife Elsie Friedlander, and Paul H. Leffmann joined
by his Wife Theo H. Leffmann, to LaSalle National Bank, ChicaRo,
Illinois, bearing date the lst day of August,A.D., 1964, recorded
in the Office of rhe Clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
Document No. 128421 at page 565 and subsequent in Book of Records
No. 96, and rerecorded as Document No. 128501 at page 107 and
subsequent in Book of Records No. 97, and as extended in accordance ~
with that extension agreement dated the lst day of Au~ust 1969.
and recorded August 7, 1969, in the office of Robert Poi[ras, Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie, Florida, as Document ro.
