WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARR.ANTY DEED made this 22nd day of March, A.D., 1972
by ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a Florida banking corporation with
trust powers, as Co-Trustee under the Will of PAUL M. JEFFREY,
deceased, and MIRIAM R. JEFFREY, as Co-Trustee under the Will of
PAUL M. JEFFREY, deceased, hereinafter called the grantor, to
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation
existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose
post office address is 1600 South Federal Highway, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called the grantee,
