Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenantes now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, includir.g all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
tr311y controlfed, used to supply heat, gas,_air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, vanliliation or
other services, and any other thing ~ow or hereaher therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and w+ndows, floor
coveri~gs, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water hasters (all of which are inte~ded to be and are hereby
declareef to be a part of said rea! estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also together with
