BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared JOHN E. CHISHOLM, who, upon being by me first
duly sworn,. deposes and says:
l. That my name ~ JOHN E. CHISHOLM; that I am a
practicing attorney in New Smyrna Beach, Florida; that
I am personally well-acquainted with CHARLES EVERETT CHISHOLM,
grantor in that certain deed dated August 16, 1961, to
JOHN D. BROWNING and VIRGINIA W. BROWNING, his wife, which
deed was re~orded in Official Record Book 19, page 660,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that at
the time of the execution ar~d recording of said deed, the
said Charles Everett Chisholm was a single adult;
2. That the name of the Grantee in that certain
deed from J. W. Dickson and Reba Dickson, his wife, recorded
in Deed Book 216, page 349, incorrectly spelled the first
; name of said Grantee, and that the correct spelling of
~ Aubry as recited in said deed should have been Aubrey and
~

3 that said spelling was a scrivener's error.
