THIS INDENTURE, executed this day ot April,
1972, between ERROL S. WILLES, as Executor of the Estate of 4

GERTRUDE BERTHA WIELAR, deceased, Party of the First Part,
and ~NRY GLOVER, whose address is 380'~ Avenue P, Fort Pierce,
FZorida, Party of the Second Part, ~
WITNESSETH: That Whereas, the County Jtidge of St.
Lucie County, Florida, on the 30th day of March, 1972,
authorized the Party of the First Part to execute and deliver
a deed to the Party of the Second Part, _

NOW, TI~REFORE, THIS IAIDBNTtJRE WITNESSETFi: That the
said ERROL S. WILLES, as Executor of the Estate of GERTRUDE
BERTHA WIELAR, deceased, pursuant to the Order of said Court,
in consideration of the sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred
($13,500.00) Dollars paid by the Party of the Second Part,
the receigt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Party of the
First Part has granted, bargained, sold, and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and confirm
unto the Party of the Second Part, and to his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns forever, that certain parcel of
land in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 3 and the West ~ of Lot 4, Block
18. SUNLAND GARDENS, as per plat thereof
recorded in the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 8
Page 32.
Together with the furniture and furnish-
ings located therein. .

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, the above described and s`~

Party of the Second Part, and to his heirs, executors, admin-
istrators and assigns forever, to their own proper use, benefit
and behoof.
