The awrtqagor covenants and agrees that so long as this mortgaqe and
sai.d note secured hereby are insured or guaranteed under the proviaions
of the Serviceman's Rsad justa~ent ]~,~t, as a~msnded, he will not execute
or file for record any instrument which imposes a restriction upon the
sale or occupancy of the mortqaged property o9n tha basis o# race, color
or creed. IIpon any violation of this uadertakinq, the mortqagee may,
at its option, declare the unpaid balance of the debt secured hereby
iaimediately due sad payable. ~
The mortgago~ further covenants that shauld the Veterans l~inistration
fail or refuse to issue its guazanty of the loan secured by the mortqaqe
under the Provision of the Service~nen•s Readjustmeat l4ct of Z944, in the
swn of $12,000.00 within sixty days fran the date og the loan wauld non~ally
became eligible for such guaranty, the ~ortqaqee herein may, at its option
declare all sums secured by this awrtgage immediately due and payable.
