CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, J. W. THOMPSON, d/b/a EFFICIENT ELECTRIC
COMPANY, did file a certain Claim of Lien on June 30,
1971, with reference to the foZlowing described property
situate in St. Lucie Courity, Florida: _
Beginning on the Indian River at a point 502.8
feet south and 130 feet west of the southwest corner
of Government Lot 4, Section 11, Township 37 South
of Range 41 East; thence run East 1410 ~eet; thence
North 23° West 1555.7 feet to a point which is
945.7 feet North of and 694.5 feet East of the
Southeast corner of Government Lot 4, Section 11,
Township 37 South of Range 41 East; thence run
Westerly on a line parallel with the South line
of Governn?ent Lot 4, as aforesaid a distance of
1020.5 feet more or less to the East shore of
Indian River; thence Southerly following the
meanderings of the Indian River to the point of
beginning. Being a part of Government Lots 3,
4 and 5 of Section 11.
ALSO the South 817.2 feet of I,ot 5, of Section 11
. and the South 817.2 feet of Lot l, Section ~2, ~
Township 37 South, Range 41 East
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the
Grantors in and to Government Lots 3, 4 and 5 of
said Section 11 and Government Lot 1 of said
Section 12, and any lands lying between said
described property and the waters of the Indian
River.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Following property conveyed
to Wynne Casteel and Mona C. Casteel, his wife,
to wit:.
The South lU0 feet (as measured by a line per-
pendicular to the South line of the property)
. of Government Lot 1 of Section 12, Township 37
South, Range 41 East, and the South 100 feet of
Government Lot 5 of Section 11, Township 37
South, Range 41 East, and the Westerly extension ;
thereof to the waters of the Indian River beins~ `
~ a strip of Zand lOQ feet in width running from
` the Atlantic ~cean to the waters of the Indian
River; together with all riparian and littoral
rights thereunto appertaining. ;

as recorded in Plat Book 14, page 44, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida ;
