~3. To the extent ot the indebtednes. of th~ \1~~ttgagor t~~ the \turtgagee described herein or secured hereby,
the ~lortgagee ~s hereb~• subtogated to the I~en or liens and to thc rights of the o~ners and holders thereof of each
and every mortgage, lien or other incumbrance on the land described herein which is paid and or satisfied. in
w•hole or in part, out of the proceeds of the loan described herein ot secured hertby, and the respective liens of
said mortgagcs. liens or ~~ther incumbrances. shall be and the same and each of them hereby is preserved and shall
pas~ to and be hcld by the \lortgagee herein as security for thc indebtedness t~~ the ~lortgagee herein described
or hereby se~ured, to the same extent that it Nould ha~•e been preserved and w•ould have been passed to and been

cessors ~n interest N~th reference to this deed and the debt hereb}~ secured, in the same manner as with the ~tort-
gagor ~~ithout in an} way viUati~ig or discharg~ng the ~tottgag~r's fiabiliry h~rcunder or upon the debt hereb~~
secured. No sale ~~f the ?remises hereby mortgaged and no Corbearance on the part of the ~brtgagee, and no ex-
tentiion of the time for the pa~•me~t of the debt hereby secured given by the \lortgagee shall operate to retease,
