Statutes, in Official Record Book 82 pages_ 23~? of the public records of ~
Saint Lucie Coun~L , Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the maxuline shall include the feminine
and neuter_ All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the res-
pective heirs, executars, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor ar±d Mortgagee.
