Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority~

who~ being by me first duly sworn on oath. deposes and says;
Affiant is the owner of the following described property,
situate in the County of L~uci,e, State of Florida , to-wit:
From the Southeast corner of Lot 5 in The Florida Coast Line Canal
& Transportation Co. Sub-Div3.sion of tne SE~ of Section 34,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, according to Plat recorded in -
Plat Book l, page 43, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Fla.,
run North along the East line of said Lot 5, ~tenty-five (25') feet
to the point of beginning; thence continue to run North four-hundred
(400') feet; thence run West parallel with the South line of said
Lot 5, five-hundred eighty-nine and sixty-five hundredths (589.65') feet
to the East right of way line oz' U.~. Hwy. #1; tYience run South along said
right of way three-hundred seven and seventy-three hundredths (307.73')feet;
thence run West parallel with the South line of s~id Lot~5, five (5') feet;
thence run South ninety-two and twenty-seven hundredths (92.2?') feet to a
point twe~tty-five (25') feet North of the South line of said Lot 5; thence
run East five hundred ninety-five & five-tenths (595.50') feet to the point
beg~ Affiant says that to affiant's own personal ~owledge all labor

upon said premis~s, except as specifically~set forth below, have been
