If a conveyance should be made by the mortgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
thereof, wit!~out the written consent of the Association, and without assumption in regular form of
law Fy the grantee of the obligations to the Association creaied by said promissory note and this mort-
gage, then, and in that event, and at the optioe~ ot the AssoCiation, and without notice, all sums of
money secured hereby shall immediately ar~d concurrently with such conveyance become due and pay-
able and in default. The Association reserves the right to withhold consent to any such corweyance .
and assumption until and unless satisfactory financial reports and ott~er personal data required by the ~
Association are furnished to the Association by the party acquiring tiNe to tfie premises, or any part
thereof. By giving its consent io such conveyance, tF~e Association shaii not be deemed to hav~e released
the mortgagor hereunder fran any liabi(ity hereunder. The Assotiation may dea! with successors in in-
terest with reference to this mortage and tfie debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the .
mortgagors, and may forbear to sue or may extend time for payment of the debt, secured hereby, or
othenvise act without discharging or in any way affecting tfie li~ility nf the mortgagors hereunder
or upon the debt hereby setured. The Association may also deal with the Mortgagtxs and/or with
successors in interest with reference to this mortgage and ti~e debt hereby secured by forbearing to
suc, extending the time for payment of the debt, providing for different monthly payments and/o~ a
different interest rate, and by other express modifications of the contract, without losing any priority .

Together with afl buildings, improvements, fixtu~es or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-

centrally controlfed, used to suppiy heai, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventila-
tion or other services, and any other thing rrow or hereaffer tfierein or thereon, including ureens, window
shades, siorm doors and windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnings, staves and water heaters
(afl of which are intended to be and are hereby declared to be a part of said rea! estate whether p~jysic-
ally attached thereto or not); and also together with all easements and the rents, issues and profits of
said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether .
now due or hereafter to becorne due as provided in the Supplemental HgreemerM secured F~ereby. The
Mortgagee is he~eby wbrogated to the rights of all nwrtgages, tienholders and owners paid off by pro-
ceeds of the loan heretsy secured. •
